Cafe Tartine: Sukhumvit area, make left on soi Ruam Ruedi just before Phloen Chit sky train (walk on left side of rd from Nana), 1 min walk down Ruam Ruedi on right, open 7am-8pm Mon-Sun
Ceresia Coffee Roasters: Sukhumvit area, near Phom Phrong BTS, walk back to Asok BTS on right side of st. Make right on Sukhumvit Soi 33/1, about 2 min walk up Soi you will come to what looks like a parking lot. Ceresia is on the right in a line of small shops, open 8am-6pm daily (same st as Robin Hood and Royal Oak pub. There is also a branch near Sala Daeng train station.
