Chinese:
New King Mandarin/Chinese and Dim Sum, (small restaurant, gets quite busy. redlight district across from the Buddhist Temple)

Nam Kee (small & traditional Cantonese restaurant with roast Duck hanging in the window. Next door to New King Restaurant).

Restaurant Fulu Mandarin, near Central Square, walk 2 blocks south of National Monument in Rojin Dam.
Open 11am-10pm Sun.-Thurs., 11am-10:30pm Fri.-Sat.
Yu Family Kitchen highly rated Chinese food about a 5 minute walk south of Central Train Station.
Open 12pm-11pm daily (Closed Mondays)
Oriental City, large Cantonese restaurant serving Dim Sum on the southern edge of Chinatown.
Open 11:30am-11pm daily
Sea Palace, large traditional/kitchy floating Pagoda style restaurant east of Central Train Station. I have read this restaurant can be hit or miss and some dishes like Chinese Broccoli is very expensive.
